Ok so I need to know if servers such as WAMP and XAMPP can be used to view PHP websites WITHOUT internet. I have hamachi installed to my computer and I have XAMPP so when I type in my hamachi id, I can view my website that is made with PHP. I want to know if there is a server that you can download for free and you dont need internet to see the website that you made.
While I'm at this, is there any free web hosters that give you good bandwidth, storage, unlimited MySQL databases and supports php?
