Need help with photo measurements?

I want to make print out some photos and 5" 7" is too large and I was wondering what the smaller sizes are- i want to frame them to give as gifts- I can not seem to find it on line- it's 4" by something and i do not know

help
and on microsoft word i want to turn it and print 2 on the same page but am having problems doing that
