Need help with Panasonic NV-DS38 camcorder?

I have a Panasonic NV-DS38 model , but I don't have the driver for it, therefor I can't extract the tape content to my PC. Does anybody know were I can download the driver for this particular model. I searched for hours but I can't find it. Or, is there another way for it to work with a different driver or software? Please help me. Thank you
