Well im making my own anime character, and obviously from the title of the question i have paint shop pro 7. Im wanting to change the background layer transparent so i can colour over it without actually going over the lines, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eaXgqdouRUw like this person does in her tutorial, though i dont know how to change it to transparent :c someone please explain how to do it?
