Its not muted,the output is on fixed.The sound bar moves up and down but not a sound.I have it hooked up to a surround system so I have sound from my receiver which is in HDMI port 6.We can't find sap on the tv and it or mts is not on the remote.The audio button does nothing on the remote.I've been told that if you have a hdmi cable for sound in port 6 the Tvs sound won't work ??We will be hooking up a computer to this tv in port 4 pc I worry it won't have sound.Where is sap in the settings? help Thanks I haven't called best buy or sharp yet.any ideas
