We are a business that has 12 computers all running the same software. One server that is also being used as a working computer. We are continually crashing, having to run recovery, checking software, internet etc. We are losing a lot of productivity. We are a retail store and customers are getting frustrated because we have to hand write invoices then when computers are working again we have to manually put the invoices into the system. Who can I call? I do not know where to start!
