Need help with name of a film

Hi,

Im asking for my mum. She wants to know the name of a film she watched years ago, sometime in the 80s (she thinks) . It is about a women who either falls or gets pushed into a lake by her husband who leaves her for dead. Whilst in the lake she is attacked by a crocodile and her face is left deformed. Later on in the film she meets a plastic surgeon who operates on her. She then sets out for revenge on her husband who believes she is dead.
