Need help with my Sims 3 game and computer desperatly?

if your game has some error than you can't do anything!!!
go and replace your Sims 3!!!
and sims 3 is a big game!!!!keep in mind your requirements!!!

this is Sims 3 system requirements :


FOR WINDOWS XP
Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
2.0 GHz P4 processor or equivalent
1 GB RAM
At least 6.5 GB of hard drive space with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content
128 MB Video Card with support for Pixel Shader 2.0
FOR WINDOWS VISTA
Windows Vista (Service Pack 1)
2.4 GHz P4 processor or equivalent
1.5 GB RAM
At least 6.5 GB of hard drive space with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content
128 MB Video Card with support for Pixel Shader 2.0
For computers using built-in graphics chipsets, the game requires at least:
Intel Integrated Chipset, GMA X3000 or above.
2.6 GHz Pentium D CPU, or 1.8 GHz Core 2 Duo, or equivalent
0.5 GB additional RAM
 
Ok so I just bought the new Sims 3 game today and when I installed it on my computer every thing went fine during the installation when I clicked the game itself to play it an error message popped up that said "c:\windows\Microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded" so I called the ea customer service line and a guy told me that I needed to download Microsoft framework 2.0 and 3.5 the only problem with that is that I have no net on my computer, so I downloaded them onto my blackberry and transferred them onto my computer via usb and every thing was running smoothly except at the end of 2.0 download an error message popped up that says "error 25015.failed to install assembly c:\windows\Microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\Microsoft.visualbasic.vsa.dll'because of system error:0x80131107" so I went online on my blackberry and googled that system error number and a program called regcure popped up and promised to fix my computers problems but when I downloaded it and registered with them (meaning I had to pay for it) it did absolutely nothing it turned out to be a piece of junk so then I read another article online that told me to try reinstalling the frameworks but the only one I had on my comp to begin with was 1.1 ... It is now 5:49 in the morning where I live and I have been trying to fix this problem since 10:00 last night. I'm at my whits end and I'm all out of options, can somebody please help me and tell me what these system errors are and how to fix them, I will be forever greatful. Love JBH
 
Sims 3 is big game you might not have the space is all I can think of and it may be something to do with downloading off of your blackberry...
