I have a Black Pontiac grand am GT 6 clyinder 4 door and when i go to open the driver side front door it goes about half way out then make a huge thump sound then goes the rest of the way when closing it u go ab out half again then a smaller sound then closes fine. i was looking at the the edge of the door and the metal is scrapped up. out of options of what to do please help
