Need help with my panasonic printer (kx-mb781)?

when i try to print from any place, the printer status shows ready, but when i click print, microsoft doesn't say anything like print error, and the printer doesn't do anything, it just stays on "ready". i already tried downloading drives, did not work. PLEASE HELP. BEST ANSWER WILL Receive 10 POINTS.
