need help with my Motorola BT51?

soo i was browsing through my phone and in settings/phone info. i saw that i said software update so i clicked on it.. but then it started downloading the software from Verizon wireless.. i was afraid that they would charge me so i canceled it.. now the downloading software screen keeps popping up on my screen like every 3 minutes and it stays at 0%. i let it go all night to see if it would download but it just stays at 0%... and i keep canceling it but it comes back every 3 mintues or so and it just stays at 0%.. helpp
