i have a incognito just got it .. Had to activate it and i went step by step as they told me but now for some reason it won't receive calls if they try to call the cell it says " the number you have dialed is incorrect or unavailable" i tried turning it off but it doesn't work either and i was suppose to receive a txt with my number but didn't receive nothing! does anyone know how to fix this problem????
