Need help with my 2001 ford f250?

i need help my truck when i accelerate sometimes it acts like it want to turn off. also when i am at a stop sometime it accelerates on its own. just wanted to know what can be causing this. and how i can fix it. i did a tune up about 2000 miles back if that helps any.
also the truck has about230,000 miles on it

two things i can think of one is tps sensor other is maf sensor
