I'm writting a law essy about the sexual offences act. My essay is talking about men being protected under the act. Now I know rape can techinically only be commited by a man as the statue states it is penetration with his penis. but can anyone name a specific case where a man has attempted to proscute for rape. or even assult by penetration, just so i can throw in some cases. UK cases only please.
