Need Help With i730!

Hi Everyone I need help with my i730 . The problem I need a program that will let me put ringtones and wallpapers to my phone using a data cable it dosent matter if it's a 3rd party software all i need is a program that will let me do that. if anyoone got any ideas please post them i really appreciate if you do. Thank you P.S. I hope the program wont charge because ive seen programs that do charge you.

hey man thanks but i already have that program it works perfect. igot the program the next day after i posted my question. Althoug i still have one problem where can i get games for my i730 i already tried snazzie.com but some games arent for the i730 the games dont fit on the screen right. if you got any solutions you know where to find me.
