Need help with flash player...?

I downloaded the latest version of flash player to listen to music on playlist.com and its still saying I need to download it. When I go to download it again it tells me its already installed. Anyone know how I can fix this?
It didn't work is there anything else I can try?
 
Close your browser. Then go to your start menu. Click on Control Panel. Then click on Internet Options. Under browsing history click the delete button. Make sure everything is check-marked and then press delete again. Once this has finished, restart you browser. It should work now.
