I am 19 and a sophomore in college. My parents have not filled out my FAFSA and I don't have their information. They would not fill it out last year, either and I got by on my own savings and a loan my boyfriend helped me take out. This year though, he can't do that and I don't have anyone else to cosign with me. I have some scholarships but they aren't enough to cover the cost so without aid I will not be able to attend! How can I be "independent" so that I do not have to provide my parent's information, which they won't give! Can I be emancipated or something? That doesn't make sense because I am already 19...but I don't know what other option there is?
