need help with cycling a 30 gallon tank?

i have a 30 gallon set up right now but i'm gonna be getting a second one on friday what can i do to cycle the tank faster can i put the sponge from the aquaclear filter from my current tank into the new one or should i put the aquaclear filter from my current tank on my new one as i have 2 filters on that tank and can move one over for like a week
