Need help with changing bad eating habits.?

Alright so most of my days I spend from 10:30 am till 10 pm or later at work. So I go into work no breakfast I usually don't have time maybe once a week if I'm lucky..so then my break comes from 230 till usually 5 I normally eat something really lite like subway or a sandwich then back to work till I get off. Since I can't eat at work by the time I get off which is usually 10 or later I'm starving so I eat. But I'm so tired after I eat I normally just go right to bed after and I know this isn't good. I want to try to eat 5 or six small meals through out the day but with work its difficult. And I seem to be on that set pattern so it's hard to change any suggestions on these two problems! !!
