need help with CDM-8910 im lost

i bought cable off ebay like 2 months ago and cant transfer ringtones or wallpaper i have read over 50 threads i tried bitpim and i dont know where to put the ringtones or wallpaper today i tried QPST i need the spc so i dont know if that works could someone help me on what to do im lost and dont know what to do
 
i have the same phone, and i dont use either of those things....i just email them to my cell phone and it works fine...gmail or hotmail wont do it, but yahoo works perfect to email wallpapers and mp3s to it
