OK so, I'm trying to top up but every time i dial the top up number it says i have insufficient funds (obviously, that's why I'm trying to top up!) but it's supposed to be free to top up isn't it?! I don't know if I'm dialling the wrong number or what so can someone either tell me the number, or tell me how to top up correctly?!
