Need help with Bell Prepaid Phone?

I just got a prepaid phone from Bell(the Samsung Link) and when I activated it through the internet, it asked me if i wanted to add some features. So I added the 250 text messages option and my monthly charge came to $5.75. Will they send me a bill for this much or are they gonna take it out of my balance for the phone? Please help me with this
