Need help with AP US History homework?

I need help with my APUSH homework, can anyone tell me how the following are alike, and 4 ways in which they are diffrent:

1. Settlement of british colonies & settlement of spanish colonies
2. Hamilton & Jefferson
3. Jefferson & Jackson
4. FDR & LBJ

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, I need to get this turned in before the end of the week to raise my grade, I am way behind, I'm really freaking out over the AP test, and I just don't really know how to fill this out. Please help
