Need help with Android on Omnia?

I am trying to install andromnia on my omnia i900 but i am having alot of trouble.
i have been following the steps on this website --> http://andromnia.net/wiki/docs/howto_install
but im unable to get it work, i continually get errors.
Can someone please give simple steps on how i can install android, by the way im trying to dual boot with windows.

Im using Ubuntu 10.10 on virtualbox using windows 7
