Need help with Algebra 2 problems for test tomorrow?

Hey all. I'm preparing for an Alg 2 test tomorrow. I'm confused as to many of these concepts.

Here are sample problems I'll need to know:

1. Find the equation in standard form with vertices of (3, -6) and (3, 2) and foci of (3, -8) and (3, 4)

2. x^2-4y^2-40y+6x+10= 0 state center, vertices, foci.

3. Find the ellipse in standard form: 3x^2+ 4y^2+ 12x+ 24y- 12= 0.

4. Find the equation if x- intercepts are (-4, 0) and (2, 0) and passing through (-3, -2)

If someone can solve these examples, or a example, it would be greatly appreciated! Basically, I've been sick for quite a while and missed out on quite a few lessons. :/

Thanks!
Dracos.
