Need help with a question discussing Physics, topic Reflection, Refraction, and Optics?

I'm having some trouble with one of the last questions on my homework. It states:

A microscope objective has a focal length of 19 mm. It forms an image at 20 cm from its second focal point. How far from the objective is the object located? Answer in units of cm.

I guess I don't have a clue which equation to use, because all my book tells me for microscopes is the equation: [angular magnification] = (25 cm/focal distance) * (image distance/object distance) and seeing as this doesn't really ask for angular magnification nor give me a value for angular magnification, I'm kind of stumped.

Also, the second part of the question states:
"What is the magnifying power for a person whose near point is at 30 cm if the focal length of the eyepiece is 48 mm?"

Any insight to these would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
