So for as long as i can remember i have always wanted a tiny white girl puppy. its either been too expensive or i couldn't get one because no one was home. my friend has just gotten a little white teacup maltipoo boy. she doesnt know yet but she is going to have to move out of country (her mom hasnt broken the news yet). her mother explained that she needs to give our family the dog because she cant take him with. he is 9 weeks old and by the time i get him he will be about 10-12 weeks. i dont know if i should accept or not. please help...
