Kathy is 23 years old and employed as a clerk at Good Idea as. The store sells clothing and a variety of glass products from Hadeland glassworks.

Kathy has worked in the shop for nearly a year and the holder, Tore, has not expressed that he is unhappy with the job Kathy does.

Anne also works at Good idea as and Tore has told Anne that he thinks Katherine seems unreliable, and that she sometimes comes a few minutes late for work.

One day Katherine was commissioned by Tore to close shop. He deals with her that she should count the cashier put the money in the safe, turn off the lights and lock the night before she leaves. This was Friday afternoon and Katrine was eager to be finished for the day that she looked forward to her to the movies with her friends.

Katrine checkout counter in a flash, throwing money into the safe, turn off the lights and ran out the door to meet her friends.

Later in the evening Tore that he has forgotten some important papers at work, so he goes down on Good idea. As he should stick the key into the lock, he discovers that the door is unlocked. inside the shop is no indication that anyone has been there and nothing is moved or missing.


Holder calling Kathy immediately and explodes on the phone: "I could have robbed the store: You are lying, are constantly late, have more sick days and now this: You are not employed anymore!

Katherine protests and says he has no right to do so, at least not this way. She has, after all, a contract of employment and one month notice.
 
only thing you can be sacked for without warning is gross misconduct. This does not sound like that so inform an employment tribunal. best of luck
