Need help with a 2002 Ford focus?

I had to take it to the shop to get the clutch changed, and when i got it back, the speedometer is reading a 140+ MPH. The needle is stuck there. I don't know if its a fuse, or what. I took it off the battery, hoping it would reset, but nothing still. Can it be a fuse? Can someone help me out? I'd really appreciate it.

Take it back to the shop and have them repair the pickup they broke by not removing it before dropping the transmission.

IT IS THE SPEEDOMETER CABLE THAT WAS CONNECT TO THE TRANSMISSION INCORRECTLY.

Take it back to the shop and tell them they forgot to reconnect something from the speedometer. They might have had to take it out of the way to change clutch.
