I have diagnoised with severe chronic gastritis. The valve at the bottom of my stomach is releasing bile from my liver into my stomach. The top valve at the esophagus is also not working. I stay very nauseaios all the time. Now I am having severe spasms if I eat anything.
The first GERD doctor said here is carafate. You will have to take it the rest of your life. The medicine is not working & the phenagran only helps the nausea slightly.
tonight I had to go to the E.R. for severe adominal cramps & "dry heaves". The only thing coming up was the bile in my stomach
I visited the Cleveland clinic in Noveraber & they just wanted to fix the top valve. The bottom valve that lets the bile in my stomach is 100 times worse than the reflux that burns my throat. I am willing to travel to find a physician that will address both problems & give me some options. I can not go on like this!
