Need Help Uploading Pictures and Videos From Sony Bloggie touch to My Computer?

I got my bloggie like a week ago and i took a few pics and vids and i plugged it into the USB of my computer for the first time. A message came up that said Found New Hardware and Locate and Install Driver Software (Recommended). I followed the recommended step until another message came up that said, " Please insert the disc". The Bloggie does not come with a disc, the packaging is rectangular so i know they didn't just Mispackage it. I Need the steps on how to do this right.
