Need help troubleshooting a problem with my Panasonic SC-PT960 home theater?

I have had this system for almost a year now and everything has worked perfectly, up until this morning. My wife almost dropped the remote, hit a bunch of buttons catching it, and now there is no sound when we watch TV. I get sound when I play a DVD or CD, but nothing when I switch to TV. Any ideas?
 
make sure the volume is on. then make sure every cord is firmly secured into a socket and that every cord is olugged in
