Need help transfer data to unlocked 3GS Iphone?

I have an UNLOCKED 3Gs Iphone which i want to transfer all my data, pics, contacts, etc. fom my old 3G Iphone not unlocked to. Now, I can't restore or update my new Iphone...so I need you help, I don't want to screw up my unlocked phone. ANy suggestions will be helpful. Thank You.
