Ok if I run a business by my self and I don't have "employees" but people who are self employed that would invoice me on a weekly basis for the work that they have done. Can I register as a sole trader or do I have to be a limited company because I have employees?
Basically - a delivery company needs drivers to fill rounds at there depot. I give them a driver with a van and the contract would be in my name and then the drivers invoice me for payment. Then a girl I know has offered to keep all the paperwork in order for me, could she register as self employed aswell?
