NEED HELP!! Razr V3c(verizon) to Cricket?

I heard you can do this but all the cricket stores in my area said that i cannot do this. I know you need a prl file, and the motorola Pst program?

I have searched and really couldnt come up with anything, If someone can give me a step by step, with links to the stuff i need to install, I will be so happy. Please help me out, I have delt with *******s at cricket stores all day and i need some happyness! Thanks so much guys!
