Fantasi,

I am not a doctor either, but do have some thoughts that might help you. A few things come to mind when I read your symptoms...

Anxiety: can trigger many of your symptoms, and it will get worse when you constantly check your heart rate.

Possible sleep apnea: causing you disturbances in your sleep, and raising your heart rate and blood pressure.

Possible gall bladder issues: the pain under your right breast, especially after eating.

Shortness of breath: being overweight puts a big strain on your heart, lungs and other organs, causing fatigue, etc.

Getting out of a regular sleep pattern can also cause great confusion in your brain, and make you feel terrible. I would try to make yourself get into a regular sleep pattern, and be active in the daytime. Try not to focus on checking your pulse, rather focus on relaxation techniques, positive thinking, and positive action.

You might want to look some of these things up online, to see if any of them fit your symptoms. If your gallbladder is causing you problems, there are foods you want to avoid, and a good healthy diet may help greatly. I wish you the best!

Thanks so much for you post writeleft ^^

i to think it may be my gall bladder but not sure.

it has just gotten so much worse these last 3 days when i try to laydown to fall asleep my heart rate rasies and feels funny in my chest that keeps me up, and when i do manage to fall asleep my heart starts pounding and feeling starnge right when i get up. i can feel the pounding in my throut.

Is this constant? Or does it come and go maybe not happening for days/weeks then flairing back up?

I have that flutter heartbeat. I forget the name of it but I wore a monitor a couple of times and they determined that it probably would never be anything major. (Even at the time I loved that probably!) But I did notice that it was on a cycle like my period. I am now even more convinced a lot of it was hormonal as, since menopause, it's much, much, much less obvious. It will flair up every now and then but nothing like before.

In the event you do find a way to get medical care, keep a diary of when this happens. Make notes (for instance being woke up out of a sleep) to give to them. These things might help the doctor know what direction to go to figure out what's wrong.

i guess you could say it comes and goes i was feeling just a bit unwell for a while kinda feeling weak but i was doing ok and it didnt scare me to much.

But today and yesterday have been real bad and i havent gotten much sleep..

when i lay down to go to sleep its at its worse making it so i can feel my heart beat in my chest and also kinda feels like its a iirregular thumping heartbeat i can feel in my throat makes it hard for me to fall asleep and when i do after hours of not being able to sleep i wake up and my heart starts thumping again....

Also i have been feeling weak and my chest hurts a bit more kinda like stabing pains.... i guess the fear is the worse part if i knew i was ok then i could deal with the pain.
