Need Help Please Flashing 2 verizon phones

:doh: Hi everyone new at this but I have 2 phones a Plam Treo 700wx, and a Lg 9100 Envy2 and I need some help on how to flash them to cricket...I did a search and was kinda overwhelmed. Do I need a program, or can I do it from the hanRABets any help will be greatly apprectiated. :doh:
