Need help on motorcycle engine swap?

I have a 2008 verucci nitro 200. It's a P.O.S. 200cc engine. sounds and runs like a weed-eater on wheels. i want to swap it with a more powerfull engine. like a 450cc or 495cc if i can get it. my question........ WILL IT FIT AND WORK??????????
