im trying to build a website which is for about around 100 people.
i want to have log-in/out service, some boards to post up, and have upload attributes. i have money to pay because it's for church community. im learning computer science student in 2nd year.
im absolutely noob with ASP.net or other languages, i just learned basics of JAVA, PYTHON, and HTML which most people might have.
im eager to learn more languages and i got this chance. I dont want really luxurious and great website, just for people to log in post some articles and news on it.
i already downloaded the book for learning ASP.NET language.
but i dont know what to start to begin with.
Can you guys help me on what should i have first? such as Visual Studio to run and compile the errors.
please give me brief steps to make websites,
