so my mom has a 2003 chevy impala and recently it has gone to hell. About 3-4 months ago in like July it started going threw gas like crazy to go like 30 miles half a tank usually 1 quarter or less was good on gas and then it started idiling really loud and chuggin. So my mom replaced almost everything and nothing has helped. So my dad changed the hose for the over heating thing and now it dont over heat but he found a spot when the car turns on it is dripping gas so he did something to it but it still idels and chuggs and we use to smell gas bad bad but we dont now. What is wrong with it? She has put over $1000 trying to find out the problem and the thing that tells you when you hook it up says 2nd cilinder miss fire and aft3er all the changes it still says that. What do you think needs to be fixed or the problem?
