Need help on Adultery in the Military?

nope. while against UCMJ, adultery is not prosecuted unless in conjunction with other charges. since the other half is a civilian they really would have an EXTREMELY hard time proving that the workplace environment is negatively impacted.
 
Here is the scenario:

Single Army man is sexually involved with a married civilian women. Can the man get into trouble. Husband is threatening to go to the Army about this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I didn't say this "scenerio" was me. I also didn't say I condone cheating. Quit reading into things you have no idea about. Talk about lame!

Yes, you can get in trouble for having an affair with a married woman, even if she's not military, because it makes the military look bad when one of their own commits adultery. A great article explaining the article dealing with adultery is below:

Nope...cause he's not the one committing adultery. The woman obviously doesn't want to be with her husband, she should file for divorce and make everyone's life a little easier.

BTW...cheating is lame!

Edit: Hybrid...I highly doubt any unit will pursue a dishonorable conduct on that soldier.
