Need help of leasing new Acura TL?

I'm interested in buying an Acura TL. I'm getting a lease offer for $299 with $3500 downpayment (for 10K miles). Do you think I should
1) buy it?
2) bargain? if so, whats a good price for 15K miles?
3) wait for Acura TL 2009?

Any help appreciated. thanks.
 
2) for sure. price isn't the only thing that matters. you need to negotiate the money factor and residual as well.

you need to know all of those things to understand how this deal stacks up against other leases.

also, i recommend against pre-paying $3500 of the lease (the proper term is 'cap cost reduction'. you want $0 cap cost reduction because if the car gets written off you'll never see the money again. also they don't take time value of the money into account when they calculate the cap cost reduction
