Need help making this explanation better for solar winds?

My explanation so far:
Basically, what is happening is that the solar wind from the Sun is colliding with Earth's magnetic field. A bow shock is then formed to slow down and deflect the Sun's particles.

I somehow want to incorporate something about the magnetosphere in here. I don't really know what is happening to the magnetosphere right now. Like, what it's doing and what's happening to it, while the solar winds are colliding with the Earth.

Thanks.
It's just a presentation, so it doesn't need to be that long.
