I have windows 7 internet expolrer 8 flash version 10 and media player 11 I have all the permissions in place for firewall and am running it in compatibility mode. However when I launch the player it loads then a window pops up telling me to logon with my verizon info. I do that and I takes me to my verizon homepage The player is dulled out and I get a cursor counting down from 4 yet nothing happens. If I close the logon window the player goes normal color but says I'm a guest. Trying to get ahold of someone at verizon is a joke and just wondering if anyone had any ideas before I just cancel the service
