I had to do something special to get it to work on my Laptop three years ago but can't not for the life of me figure out what. I just recently cleaned my computer to factory settings and tried to reinstall it to my Dell Inspiron 1501 with Vista. My biggest problem is after the driver downloads then on the second stage the Windows is suppose to detect the card as a modem but I have left my computer running for about 15 minutes and still no detection. I've uninstalled and reinstalled three times. I know that Alltel customer service is not around any more and I'm afraid that Verizon won't have a clue to what I'm talking about. Is there any one out there able to help me?
