Okay, so I used to have this book when I was a child. It was about this town in which.. being attractive (I believe) got you stickers on your body. I am not sure the exact storyline, as I was very little when I had this book, and I naturally have a horrid memory. But I do remember it was somewhat based around a character who didn't have many (if any) stickers. And I do believe the stickers were gold stars. The art was very vintage looking, I recall. Wasn't very childlike, honestly. Any help would be lovely <3.
