I don't get it I changed my diet over 3 weeks now, I drink at least 3 letters of water a day,no junk food,no sugar except what's in cereal,I eat fruit, I eat vegetables, yogurt ,hardly any meat,I eat fish (salmon and tuna) but yet the smell is worse now,my breath is horrible but my body odor is bad also....what is wrong with me, do I have a deficiency or something?....any suggestions?
I shower atleast once a day and brush my teeth 2 or 3 times a day but the bad breath comes back 15 minutes after brushing.
