need help hubby bought my son a dirt bike knowing i didnt want him too?

i hate dirt bikes my nephew who i was very close to died when he crashed on a dirt bike. well today my son was ridding his dirt bike and hubby was driving his 4 wheeler my son hit my hubby head on flipped over the handle bars is pretty bruised up and now his knee is hurting bringing him to doctor tomorrow. i want to do something bad to the dirtbike so it cant be fixed and never ridden again i cant handle this how do i stop this
