I bought a tuna steak. It said on the cover that it is a " tuna loin steak #1 grade fresh". I am a college student, so I don't have a lot of cooking stuff with me. I have garlic, soysource, and steak marinade for beef . How do I cook the steak? Can I make it into sushimi?
