need help from a female, i am going backpack for a week or 2 and than later

a much longer hike in the bush? should i wear a bra when hiking? if so what kind should i wear? even though i am only a size 34b, i was woundering about if a female who is a size 36c as well.
 
Yes, you need to wear the best sports bra you can afford. Even sm. breasted ladies need the support, especially since you'll be gone so long. Larger busted ladies need them even more. They really are quite comfortable.
 
Just remember that the rule of "Cotton Kills " also applies to bras so try get one with as much synthetic content in it as possible .
 
yes.. wear a really good sports bra.. I wear them all the time.. they're quite comfy
